An Grianan is a residential college in Termonfechin, Co. Louth. Held in trust by the Irish Country women's Association, An Grianan has been around since 1964 when it was set up by late Miss Joyce Nicholson. Today the ICA College welcomes men and women of all skills and ages and provides courses in art, crafts, cookery, leisure, personal development and selfcare.
NordMende is delighted to sponsor the ICA College which was fitted out with many brand new complementary contemporary NordMende kitchen appliances including an oven, combination microwave, a retro fridge and many more.
To celebrate the new NordMende fitted out kitchen there were many cookery demonstrations held at An Grianan including an opening demonstration from celebrity chef Edward Hayden. The Cooking demonstrations coincided with An Grianan’s relaunch of the Brown Bread Baking Competition leaving no empty seats in house including celebrity guests Liz Wall and Anna May McHugh.
